This campaign was created to boost new member signups and reactivate dormant users in urban areas that interactive and TV ads didn’t penetrate well. I was tasked with creating a theme for the ads and designing all the outdoor adverting pieces. It included bus wraps, billboards, transit center ads, bus interior ads, and taxi toppers. These pieces ran for a month in the city of San Diego in conjunction with bilingual radio ads.
My role: design and production.
Early on I conceived the idea of having a user breaking the 4th wall to show off their credit score. I knew visuals like this would be especially eye-catching when overlayed on a bus window, and would go well with our credit score messaging.
